Ideal Home show at Christmas

Last week I visited the Ideal Home show at Christmas. Eager to be inspired and enthused to re-create festive décor in my home for Christmas, I was some what disappointed. Maybe I expected too much but to honest it didn’t differ much from an average home expo. However, I must admit there were a few stands that had me believing I was in Lapland and I could the hear sounds of Santa “ho ho ho-ing”, and the strongly spiced Christmas scent had me imagining myself with a glass of mulled wine by the fire.

I think I would definitely go to another Christmas expo, maybe I should do a bit more research on the best day to go. Here is some of what I saw.

Kat Maconie sample sale

Kat Maconie an amazing shoe designer is having a sample sale. The most comfortable and stylish shoes you'll ever purchase made with an innovative 'mould to measure' insole. Currently sold on ASOS and The Outnet she is an up and coming shoe designer whose shoes have been seen on some famous feet.

UNEXPECTEDLY AMAZING CHANDELIERS

Not long ago I went for a little shop around my local Tesco mega store and picked up a Tesco Direct catalogue. To my total surprise their lighting range blew me away, which to be honest I didn't expect at all. Of all their fabulous lighting my favourite is their Marie Therese range, which comes in many colours and an extra special multi-coloured one with a longer arm. I picked a few of my favourites.

LIFE LOVES PASSIONS

So finally by the grace of God I have began my blog. For such a long time now I have contemplated starting a blog, you can't imagine the thoughts that ran through my head but I feel like now is the right time. After much time getting every detail, design, font, layout as I would desire it this is finally it.
